Private Session: Floral Design, Farming, or Business
Private Session: Floral Design, Farming, or Business
For aspiring or beginning florists or flower farmers, and others in the creative industry, we offer one-on-one private sessions at our Vermont flower farm and studio. These sessions are perfect for those who prefer a more intimate learning experience or need guidance specific to their endeavor.
Sessions can be tailored to your needs. Examples include: freelance floral designer training, crop selection and planning for your flower farm, introduction to floral design, sustainable floristry methods and techniques, pricing for profit. We’ll help you narrow your focus to get the most out of your private session.
Private sessions take place at our Vermont flower farm and design studio on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays plus select Fridays & Saturdays, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, May through October. Two sessions may be purchased and combined for two back-to-back 4-hour days. Two-hour mini-sessions focusing on a single topic are also available.
Design tract includes fresh floral material from our farm, plus design instruction. Business or Farming tracts do not include floral material or design instruction.
Sessions are designed to be information and practice-packed. We’ll keep your energy up with nourishing snacks, but this is not a frilly workshop experience. We’re a real working flower farm and floral design business, growing both our flowers and our business sustainably (read: profitably) and we want the very same for you! Join me and we’ll get down to business while surrounded by beauty.
Questions? Reach out - we’d be happy to help you design a tract that meets your needs and maximizes your investment.
